Audrey structures investments and loans and tracks and evaluates the deployment of invested capital. She has over five years of experience in the financial analysis, project management and asset management of real estate investments. Prior to joining UFA, Audrey was a Financial Analyst and Asset Manager with Bean Investment Real Estate, and a Senior Associate Analyst with Centerline Capital Group, where she managed the acquisition process for 38 multifamily housing developments totaling $224 million in low-income tax credit financing.

Audrey has volunteered with Big Brothers Big Sisters and enjoys traveling in her spare time.
