Colin Rowan

Principal
Colin is a founding member of UFA and co-heads all management and investment activities of UFA and its affiliates. Colin develops investment strategies, raises investment capital and structures investments and loans. He has participated in the closing of transactions with combined total project costs exceeding $2.3 billion.

Colin has over 14 years experience in investment banking, private equity, business development and product marketing. He was formerly Vice President with Doyle & Boissiere LLC, a $100 million private equity fund. He was also an investment banker with Alex. Brown & Sons and Senior Product Manager for Guidant Corporation, a leading global medical device manufacturer.

Colin serves on the board of Portland Family of Funds and numerous civic boards and advisory groups.
