Nathan Kennedy
 Senior Associate
Nathan structures investments and loans and tracks and evaluates the deployment of invested capital. He has recently participated in the closings of the Bedford Stuyvesant Restoration Plaza and Morris Heights Health Center transactions in New York. Nathan has over six years experience in commercial real estate, investment banking and corporate finance. He was formerly an associate with iStar Financial, a specialty finance company focused on the commercial real estate industry, where he participated in the closing of over $1.3 billion in financings. Previously, he was an investment banker with Lazard Ltd and a finance analyst for Intel Corporation.
Nathan has served on the Board of Big Brothers Big Sisters in Maui, and has been a member of the Urban Land Institute since 2005. In his spare time he enjoys playing soccer, skiing, camping, and spending time with his dogs.
