Neal Sacon

Chief Financial Officer
Neal is UFA’s senior executive in charge of financial and asset management operations. Prior to joining UFA, Neal provided advisory and tax compliance services to Fortune 500 companies and tax credit syndicators in connection with $750 million of tax credit derived equity investment at Deloitte. His 20+ year background in law and finance includes investment partnerships and joint ventures, tax credit syndication, investment due diligence, and transaction negotiation and management.

Neal is very active outside of the office. He was the first President of the Portland Community Land Trust and currently serves as an advisory board member. He also serves as chief of his community’s volunteer fire department, field coordinator for Wind River Search & Rescue, and staff member with the Skamania County Department of Emergency Management.
