Amy rejoined UFA in 2025 to support UFA’s lending and investment activity through pipeline development, investment structuring, and capital deployment.
Amy first joined UFA in 2014 supporting UFA’s office operations, project intake, underwriting and closing support until 2024. Prior to joining UFA she was a Low-Income Housing Tax Credit compliance auditor where she was responsible for project-level regulatory compliance and reporting.
Amy spends her free time traveling with her husband and taking a variety of classes to support her interests.
