Senior Vice President
Ashley is responsible for business development and financing activities out of UFA’s New York City office. Ashley has more than 15 years of experience working at various nonprofit real estate and financial institutions in business development, capitalization, financial and risk analysis and portfolio management functions. Prior to joining UFA, Ashley led the business development and finance efforts for Civic Builders, Inc., a nonprofit real estate developer serving the charter school sector. Prior to this, she served as a member of the financial services team at the Nonprofit Finance Fund, a national Community Development Financial Institution, where she performed portfolio management, raised capital and developed new financial products. Additionally, she has credit analysis and financial packaging experience with micro-enterprise loan funds and micro-entrepreneurs.
Ashley currently serves as Board Treasurer for ROADS Charter High Schools, a network of public charter schools serving overage, under-credited students in New York City. She also is a member of the New York Loan Committee for Enterprise Community Loan Fund.
